At 1.1mm, they are of intermediate thickness, but the longevity of lasered, backlit keycaps like these is generally held to be shorter than that of more robust, doubleshot keycaps. They have a more “sci-fi-like” font than the K70, presumably in an effort to appeal to gamers. As is true on most backlit, translucent keycaps, the secondary legends on all keycaps look darker and fainter because of the uneven lighting shining through them.
The keycaps are made out of translucent ABS, and they’re painted black with laser-ablated lettering. The brightness can be manually controlled using a dedicated brightness button on the keyboard, or more precisely customized using the proprietary software. Please help! Ive tried everything I can possibly think of and more than Ive listed here. I have the latest version of ACT and Chromatics. Using the plugin installer from ACT gives me which gives me an assembly error if I try to enable. I also tried copying those same dll files in the main CUE folder. Ive tried downloading the sdk from corsair website and manually copied the bin folder containing the cuesdk.圆4_201(2,3,5).dll files. The chromatics tab in ACT shows up and when i go to the devices tab, none of the boxes are checked and when I scan for devices I get: I unblocked everything before I installed. I downloaded and installed chromatics manually. I'm interested in using chromatics in ACT for EQ2.
